Understanding this document requires basic knowledge of European Union regulations relating to the Payment Services Directive 2 (DSP2), its terminology and its use cases. For more information, please refer to the References section for an overview and detailed regulatory information. 
It describes the procedure for accessing and consuming the APIs set up under the DSP2 regulation for BNP Paribas subsidiaries in the French overseas departments. 
The use of the portal is necessary to have documentation on the different APIs exposed and their modes of operation. 
The enrollment process for using APIs (meeting STET specifications) is also described in this document.
